THIS GIRL CAN. Program
THIS GIRL CAN.
8-weeks program for boosting self-esteem & self-confidence for young girls
You feel like you are a FAILURE or that you are letting yourself, your friends and/or your family down?
You STOPPED thinking about the FUTURE or making plans for it?
ONLY 14% OF GIRLS IN GRADE 10
SAY THAT THEY FEEL CONFIDENT.
This is why we wanted to create this program. It is for those 86% of girls that do not feel confident in themselves.
With the constant exposure to images coming from social medias, girls are taught to compare and compete with each other on almost everything. They feel they must meet unrealistic standards in order to feel good about themselves and they learn that the only thing that matters is what is apparent to their peers.

Most of all, it is this lost of time, energy and thoughts used towards finding what is wrong with oneself that could be used to MAKE A DIFFERENCE in this world.

LET'S CHANGE THAT.
This program was created for girls feeling like...
You are not good at anything or that everyone around you is better than you?

You can try reassuring them about how everyone in the room is going to be as scared as you and there is really no shame in going there.
