A lot of people tend to judge themselves in a very negative way and it's especially true for those struggling with self-esteem. A common mistake is to get attach to your mistakes and your failures and then ending up defining yourself around it. This class is to allow yourself to look at yourself from a different light and realize that you can be free from all those limitations and you can just be the awesome person you are.
ACCEPTING YOURSELF COMPLETELY FOR WHO YOU ARE
Class 2 is all about learning how to accept yourself fully for everything you are and everything you're not. Nobody is perfect, so stop striving for perfection! You are enough the way you are and you're allowed to be happy. Letting go of those really high expectations is the first step towards being free.
SAYING GOODBYE TO YOUR INNER BULLIES
Now that you have understood that you will never be perfect and that mistakes are part of being a human, you can let go of those on-going self-critic thoughts. They do not serve a purpose and they are only hurting you. It's now time to stop saying ''I can't'' and start saying 'I CAN!''.
PROJECTING THE CONFIDENCE YOU WANT
Confidence is seen and felt. It is in the way you sit, walk, talk and look at people. That's why that we will be learning in Class 4 how to project the confidence that you ant to have. Eventually, it will become natural for you and you will attract positivity around you easily.
BEING KINDER TO OTHERS, MAKES YOU KINDER TO YOURSELF
The majority of the things that you say about yourself in your head, you would never say out loud about your friend. That is why cultivating a much more kind approach to others, will help you be kinder to yourself. After all, if you can accept the weaknesses and the mistakes of others, why wouldn't you be able to do the same about yourself?!
BUILDING TRUST-WORTHY FRIENDSHIPS
Friendships can be scary when you have been hurt or rejected before. This class will be all about trusting again letting people come close to you and also the ways to build healthy friendships that could last a lifetime.
HANDLING MISTAKES AND FAILURES (BECAUSE THEY HAPPEN)
As much as we would like them to never happen again, mistakes and failures are part of life. You can't change that part but what you CAN change is the way you react to them and how quickly you get up again after them. Class 7 will be all about how you can learn from every mistakes and how to not go into a negative vicious cycle after it happened.
LIVING AN AWESOME PURPOSEFUL LIFE
